Sleep Assessment

You’ll be asked to complete Serene Sleep’s online questionnaire in preparation for a thorough assessment of your child’s sleep pattern.

Consultation

A 90-minute video call during which your child’s sleep pattern will be discussed and assessed.

Plan

You’ll receive a sleep plan developed specifically for your child taking into account the parenting styles of your family, your expectations and the type of sleep journey you’d prefer. The sleep plan will be emailed to you on the day of the consultation.

Diary

You’ll be asked to keep a sleep diary to track your child’s progress.

Phone Calls

6 follow-up phone calls or emails (time zone dependent) to be used over a 4-week period to ensure your child is responding appropriately and to make any necessary tweaks and adjustments.

Things to note

All prices quoted are in $NZ and inclusive of GST.
Consultation fees must be paid in FULL prior to your consultation.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
The 4 weeks of follow-up support will be calculated from the first day you implement your new sleep plan.
The 6 follow-up phone calls can be used at any time during this 4-week period.
Annette can be contacted by phone, email or text between 9am-7pm Monday – Saturday.
*Please note Annette is not available on Sundays or on any public holiday.

Annette is a miracle worker. My baby suffers from reflux and once this was under control, he was in the habit of being rocked to sleep, waking every hour and then co-sleeping. I was a mess. The second night working with Annette, he went down awake and only woke twice. By the end of the first week he was sleeping through the night and we have just finished the 4 weeks. My only regret is not getting in touch sooner. I thought it would be difficult only doing it by Skype and phone but Annette was so wonderful and supportive, and only a phone call away.
