You’ll be asked to complete Serene Sleep’s online questionnaire in preparation for a thorough assessment of your child’s sleep pattern.
A 60-minute phone consultation.
You’ll receive a sleep plan developed speciﬁcally for your child taking into account the parenting styles of your family, your expectations and the type of sleep journey you’d prefer. The sleep plan will be emailed to you on the day of the consultation.
You’ll be asked to keep a sleep diary to track your child’s progress.
6 follow-up emails to be used over a 4-week period to ensure your child is responding appropriately and to make any necessary tweaks and adjustments.

Do you need extra support? Purchase an extra 30-minute phone consultation at any time.
Should you require additional support at any time during, or at the end of your 4-week support period, this option can be purchased on request.
This popular add-on is perfect for parents seeking extra support in between the 6 follow-up emails. This allows you to ask Annette any questions that may crop up giving you complete peace of mind when faced with unexpected hurdles.

Consultation fees must be paid in FULL prior to your consultation.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
The 4 weeks of follow-up support will be calculated from the first day you implement your new sleep plan.
The 6 follow-up phone calls can be used at any time during this 4-week period.
